Filter media are at the heart of any pool filtration system and play a vital role in keeping water clean and crystal clear. These materials trap dirt, debris and fine particles as water passes through the filter.
At Golden Coast, we offer a variety of filter media including sand, gravel, PPG Glass Filter Media and our top performing option: AFM®ng. Made from recycled green and brown glass, AFM®ng undergoes a unique activation process that makes it self sterilising. Its advanced mechanical and electrostatic properties allow it to filter particles down to just 1 micron, far more efficiently than traditional sand.
