Company announces three key appointments to its Technical Sales team
To keep pace with increasing demand the UK’s leading independent distributor of wet leisure products, Golden Coast, has announced three key appointments to its Technical Sales team, each specialising in a different product range within the company.
“Providing the best possible support to every customer is fundamental to our operations,” explains Sales Director Adam Clark. “Strengthening our technical sales team will enhance that customer experience by ensuring we deliver dedicated and expert support.
From the customer’s viewpoint it will offer continuity and the reassurance that they will be speaking to someone who knows them and how their business operates.”
The first new member of the Technical Sales team Sarra Collins brings ten years of experience in account management to her new role which sees her specialising in the specification and sales of pumps, filters and control panels. “I’ve worked in a number of different sectors and with companies of every size from sole traders to multinationals,” says Sarra. “I know that regardless of their scale, to every customer their order is of paramount importance. My role is to meet their needs at every stage.”
Joining her at Golden Coast is Adrian Silvester who will focus on the Essentials range of spa accessories. As an established account manager with a strong set of organisational skills he has already developed a deep knowledge of the company’s products. “I see this as a great opportunity,” he enthuses. “Golden Coast is highly regarded within the sector and is genuinely supportive of its staff and its customers. I’m really excited to be here!”
Completing the new line-up is Jed Hutchinson. Experienced in building and maintaining relationships with a wide portfolio of customers Jed, like his colleagues, has extensive experience in identifying the right solutions and managing the entire process from specification to delivery. He will specialise in the Tylö sauna and steam product range. “It’s great to be fronting a product that is so well regarded within the industry,” explains Jed.
Adam continues: “Having an exceptional range of products is vital but that’s only half the story. The personal commitment shown by our front-line staff is every bit as important. Sarra, Adrian and Jed will contribute to our growth by ensuring we maintain the close relationships we enjoy with our many customers.”
